Medical News Today states, “Sunlight is essential for human health and well-being. The health benefits of sunlight include generating the production of vitamin D, supporting bone health, lowering blood pressure, preventing disease, and promoting good mental health.” Taking an outdoor walk is not just physically beneficial but mentally as well. It will help you cool off to carry out your day. Take a walk with your kid(s) and/or solo.
