Ingredients
- 7 Baby Ruth Fun Size bars (chopped – the bigger the chunks, the better!)
- (Save 75¢ on one Baby Ruth Fun Size or Mini bag at your local @Publix using this coupon HERE)
- ½ cup butter softened
- ¾ cup light brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F
- In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar together until creamy
- Add vanilla extract and beat egg
- In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking soda, and salt then gradually add to the large bowl
- Once the dough is thick, add chopped chunks of Baby Ruth bars into dough by hand
- Use a tbsp to place cookie dough onto baking sheet 2 in. apart
- Bake for 10 mins until edges are browned
- Place on a wire rack to cool and enjoy after 10-15 mins
