Treat myself to a salon or spa day
Mothers generally tend to take care of everyone but themselves. I, for one, am guilty as charged! But I’ve learned how significant it is to take a few hours to go to the hair salon, nail salon and/or spa as a form of self-care. Our outward appearance is a reflection of how we feel about ourselves. Although there are moments where we can’t find the time, it’s important to make time. If you are unable to find someone to stay with your kid(s) ask a friend to accompany you with your kid(s). Make time for yourself, mama. You matter!
