Take at least 10 minutes to workout
Whatever we do to our body, will have some kind of effect if not now, then a few years down the road. We will reap what we sow to our bodies. Our food intake is paramount but working out is essential. Exercising has numerous benefits not just physically, but emotionally and mentally. As a busy mom, it may be difficult to make time to exercise, however there are various 10 minute power exercises you can do. According to WholeLifeChallenge.com, “By exercising for 10 minutes with intensity and effort, you’ll be more likely to give your body what it needs to keep adapting, building muscle, and increasing your capacity.” Start by taking 10 minutes a day to workout either at home or outside. Then, add 5 more minutes as the weeks go by. You will feel a great difference in your energy, mood, and productivity.
